We set out on this implementation to find a long term partner rather than a team to merely implement Zendesk in our business. Having worked with the team closely, I really feel we have found just that. Appamondo were integral to our Zendesk implementation in 2019, their pragmatic and organised structure enabled a seamless set-up. As well as meeting a tight 4-week deadline, it's evident that all Appamondo's recommendations were in place to future-proof our instance which has really helped as we've launched additional contact channels and rolled Zendesk out to other teams. Appamondo supported tailored training sessions for different roles within the Customer Service Team which we still use when onboarding new recruits! We have worked with Appamondo on an number of projects including a recent overhaul of our customer contact centre.
