Our team was looking for a more customizable and personalized CSAT survey as the native Zendesk CSAT functionality is fairly basic and limited. Loved that our Clients can give us fair ratings using a 5 star rating system with SimpleSat! It encourages accurate, honest feedback! I have also enjoyed the email notification that comes over when a survey is submitted! It's nice to be in the loop with the general customer sentiment. I also feel the information provided in the dashboard is intuitive and easy to understand!

Very easy to setup for a wide range of use cases. This integration allows us to get useful feedback and insights in an intuitive and eye-friendly interface. Getting feedback from customers is easier because the integration works so seamlessly, and it even keeps feedback if the customer leaves in the middle of taking the survey! The customizations and dashboards within Simplesat are also perfectly equipped to handle multiple user segments. Overall, highly recommend if your organization cares about getting quality customer feedback.
