This app is supporting our bug escalation process and streamline our efforts to repots client bugs directly from Zendesk into Azure. Working great for us so far! Highly recommend.

Facilita bastante a criação de work item dentro do Azure, porém poderia ter mais gatilhos com os status entre work item e ticket (Resolved = Resolvido)
