The app is fantastic! It allows customers to easily select the area of our platform they need help with, making the support process much more efficient. The ability to allow clients to type to search in the dropdown menu instead of scrolling through a long list is a game-changer! It also helps us seamlessly map everything in Zendesk, making it easier for our agents while ensuring we gather the necessary information upfront—reducing unnecessary back-and-forth with customers. The app is very easy to use and user-friendly. Even when I couldn’t resolve something on my own, the support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. I also love having visibility into the roadmap and the ability to submit feature requests easily while tracking their progress. Overall, a fantastic tool that greatly enhances our workflow!
We implemented an internal ticket rating tool for our ticket supervisor with formcrafts. The ratings are stored with specific criteria inside the ticket, so the agent receives early feedback. We also implement an "Accept effort estimate" form for our b2b-clients, which stores the "accept" or "decline" directly inside the ticket. Formcraft is definitly a game changer for us, especially in combination with make.com, wich provides aditional information via webhook directly inside formcraft in realtime!

Great app with a great Zendesk integration, makes it very easy for us to deploy canned forms/surveys/follow-ups for customers and post them right back into our Zendesk tickets.
