We are very happy, we have only a couple of needs for translations services, at least in tickets, We usually have at one native speaker for each country we operate, Sometimes we don´t have such native person on the floor and of course that hurts our reply times, Using this we have been able move past that.it´s been a great service, It has allow us to lose the fear of interacting with customers from different countries if we don´t have a native speaker for any reason and we have impacted in a positive the reply times.
