The app gives an overview over tickets, and thats all i get out of it. I would love to be able to sync both ways, so that when a ticket gets created the customer info from Podio the fields they we use also gets transfered. So our techs can see if the customer is eligible for support. And also create an answer from Podio.

Hi Adrian, is there a way to make the app refresh on certain Intervals? Great App by the way.
