Our progress

At Zendesk, we tap into the unique power of our company to tackle climate change – our office operations, product engineering and supply chain. We are committed to the Science-Based Target initiative (SBTi), and we are working to reduce emissions at a speed and scale that is most needed by the planet.

We achieved the 100% renewable energy goal by purchasing utility-provided clean energy and high-quality Energy Attributes Certificates (EAC) equivalent to the electricity consumption in our global offices.

Supporting innovative climate solutions

We know that reducing our own emissions is not enough. That’s why we also accelerate nature-based and engineering-focused carbon removal technologies.
